"So my children have been attending this school for 3 years now, and I have to say, all in all, it is not the worst,MUCH better than Hinesville. I have had numerous issues with bullying, and in some instances it HAS NOT been handled appropriately in my opinion, despite my being an involved, good parent. The Curriculum is lacking ( all of GA) and my kids are not being challenged enough( I give them extra work to their dismay to compensate). Favoritism is thick among administration and certain students, same goes with most small towns. They have nonsense rules regarding water, and bathroom areas, yet do not uphold rules that matter such as checking ID's , or not allowing parents to walk onto campus, as happened with my son who was approached by a parent who went up to him and accused him of hitting his child ( he apologized because it was the wrong kid, if that matters!) who you know is alive and thriving at this school. Bus situation is appalling. There are too few bus drivers, so children are crammed in 3 or 4 to a seat on some routes, mixed k-12 graders! Better schools than hinesville for sure, but stay involved! It will be what you make of it, and you need to be an active parent."

"We've been here for a little over 3 yrs and every year the school is getting better and better.Seen so many changes. The principals have been easy to talk to. As have the teachers. Any issues i've ever had with bullies or what I felt was mistreatment/playing favorites or a teacher not doing what i felt was there job.I used the schools "chain of command" I feel if you are a good parent an you truely care about your children then get to the root of the issue on hand. We point fingers and play the blame game instead of doing that,we need to all work together to grow.. keep up the great work!!!"

"My kids just stared school here this year. We have never had such bad issues with other kids and bullying. I call the school and they just talk to the kids, no matter how often you call and complain. My son has been bullied at the bus stop, on the bus and has had his belongings kicked around at school. The principal just checks into it and nothing more. My daughter has had things stolen and profanity wrote on her papers when she leaves her desk. They do nothing. They continue to let these kids get away with it."
