"Cecil Manor is a great school for a typical child. My daughter loves going to school everyday. But for a special needs child like my son it has been a nightmare. I have and still am fighting to get him the help that he needs."

"The leadership is very strong ('09-'10 school year) and the teachers are committed to the children. Very positive atmosphere!"

"The teachers work very hard at CMES. The administration feel apart this past year with discipline and support for students and staff. Students get a good education, but the curriculm does move along quickly with little time for mastery. This is the fault of the district, though, and not the teachers."

"I had my son attend this school for 1st grade and I had mixed feeling on how progress was being tracked. The teacher was very helpful in noting to me where my son need help but there was nothing being done to help my son on the school's end. Children that are a little slower are left behind and I its up to them to catch up. In general, its a good school and my son loves the teacher and is looking forwad to going to second grade."
