"From personal experience I would not send my child to this school or recommend this school to anyone. I have a learning disability, my fourth grade teacher refused to have me tested she told my mom I was lazy, I am currently working on my Masters in School Psychology. This school is not focused on the fundamentals, instead they are more worried about how I held my pencil and a math game instead of making sure I knew the difference between a verb and an adverb or that I can work with fractions. I also was the victim of a lot of bullying, from both students and teachers. I was called names and physically assaulted on the bus. I would get detention for forgetting my homework while other students would not have any repercussions for forgetting their homework or projects. I feel that this school has favorites in every grade, if the Principal does not like the parents your experience will be terrible. The school does not value the individual student they do not practice the basic Catholic fundamentals that they state in the overview."

"My son attended this school from pre-K to 5th grade. It is a wonderful Catholic school and the Catholic foundation that he received was GREAT! If you have a student that does well in academics and has an interest in sports this may be a good alternative. However, they are lacking in extra programs like music, computers and drama. Also some of the teachers are still of the "old school" mentality - real tough!"

"I could not ask for anything more from a school. They have me involved in my childs school and that is very important to me and at the same time my 1st grader tells me Mommy I hope that we can go to St Rose till I am in 8th grade and is so very happy there. My other daughter is in the preschool program and it is the best I have ever seen. The teachers are wonderful and so loving. I have 2 younger kids at home still and they will also go to St rose for 2 years of preschool and then be there till 8th grade. Wonderful place to be"

"My three girls have been attending St. Rose of Lima School for the last five years. We have been so happy with the experience at the school. My girls are receiving a fantastic education while being involved in many of the school programs offered. We are so happy that our girls are surrounded by such a wonderful group of teachers, fellow students, and school families."
