"I'm a parent, and I've worked with almost every teacher at Ben Hill Primary. I'm sorry the previous parent has recorded such a sad experience, but I don't think their take is accurate. I believe this person would benefit by sitting down and talking to their child's teacher(s), either of the two wonderful counselors, the very kind vice principal, or the patient principal. All of these folks work very hard to listen to suggestions and improve the children's experience in this school. Also, I am happy to help this parent with their spelling."

"If Ben Hill Primary cared as much about teaching and really helping the students succeede as they do rules and disipline we would have a great school. No one there is willing to go that extra mile to help a child that really needs it. I love my community and support our school system, but it both angers and saddens me that Ben Hill County has such a poor school system"

"I think this school is wonderful. They have been a very big help in assisting my son who needed extra help. And instead of just failing him from his grade, they found a way to help him achieve and not just send him back. They have a very caring staff and I am most thankful for all their help. I cannot wait until my other children are old enough to go here as well."

"I must question a district that rewards children for attendance! at bhp they do precisely that. How about rewarding great academic abilities? Seems that discipline and religion have the most emphasis. What happened to dividing church and state? (Says so in the u.S. Constitution!)"
