"Southwestern was overall a good experience. Some of the kids there are good some are not so good, but that's something that comes with all schools. The teachers are good and bad, some care and then others are there just to get paid. Once again, that's something that comes with all schools."

"Flint Southwestern Classical Academy is not the best school. They are unorganized, trashy, and drama-filled. I didn't enjoy attending Southwestern because everyday was filled with disappointment and depression. Some of the teachers are good, but the students aren't willing to listen so what's the point. They don't have good food, there sports team don't work as a team, and it's not diverse at all. The only good part about Southwestern is the security guards. They make your school years worth while. You might even become close to some teachers, which as a senior will help you to take less classes. Southwestern looks pretty on the outside, but when you walk in it looks horrible and smells disgusting. The bathrooms are always nasty, and they never have tissue, and females don't know how to clean up after themselves. I just don't think Southwestern is a good school for anyone."

"One of the most intriguing thing about southwestern classical academy was my peers they were awesome! They made studying fun, we all helped each other along the way throughout the years to perform to the best of our capabilities."

"Now keep in mind I went to this school back in the 90's and so much has changed by now. I will share that even though this school appears to be rough on the outside and it wasn't a particularly safe high school, the kids felt safe because of the faculty and guards. I met a ton of friends and great people attending this school and looking back I wouldn't change a single thing."

"During my experience at this school it was really cool and reliable in most situations i liked it a lot there were many different downfalls that came with it though like the lack of heat temperature."
