"I would have to say that this school is beyond ridiculous. The teachers give no effort to helping a student really understand the problems they are trying to teach. I even had a teacher who would constantly call me seizure girl, instead of my name. When I finally had enough of it, the teacher was eventually suspended from teaching, but it took constant complaints form myself, classmates, and my grandma for them to do something. I even got suspended on the day of finals because of not having my id presented proplerly. I would say that is just plain madness! Haltom faculty really needs to have a sevre reality check!"

"As a former graduate of Haltom High I must say I am very grateful for my academic experience as well as my interactions with teachers, counselors and deans. Having transferred from the Fort Worth ISD to Haltom enabled me to see the stark contrast in they way both ISD's are managed. Haltom High School offers a much broader variety of scholastic and extra curricular programs. The teachers are genuinely concerned in making an impact on their students. When I am asked about favorite teachers, I can definitely name several at Haltom High."

"With an outstanding Fine Arts program and plentiful extracurricular opportunities, this is a good choice."

"Great location and lots of great programs for the students. Large student parking and the counselors are awesome. It is newly rennovated and has a great football team. I didn't give it 5 stars because there is no swimming pool. Other than that my children's overall experience was great."
