"It is a spectacular environment for students! My children have learned a great deal all around...from Literature to Social Studies (very strong content area). They have terrrific after school and during school events that genuninely help the children that help the kids become more active and avid learners. A quote from one of my sons who graduated from Manalapan High School " If it wasn't for MEMS, I would have never been as prepared as I was to handle high school!""

"The school is okay. The teachers are okay. The school is spoiled. the students get away with everything. the dress code is not important. i recomend a different school."

"MEMS is an okay school. I can say that kids really aren't punished that well. The teachers are pretty good, but overstress the Grade Eight Proficiency Assessment (a state test). I don't like MEMS. The kids who disobey the rules barely get punished (and when they do get punished, they're given the smallest consequence you can find), the students don't care about their classes ( show up late, and pass notes rather than paying attention), and our safety level is insanely low. I'm just glad I'm graduating in June and going to a vocational high school in Freehold, NJ. Oh, and our school district is cutting extra-curriculars and sports!"

"In my personal opinion, I think that Manalapan Englishtown Middle School ( MEMS ) is a great school. There's so many clubs to join and the athletic department is amazing! Theres also musical activities at the school too. I highly reccommend MEMS to any parent wishing to send their child to this school."
