"While Goddard High School isn't a very diverse school, it is quite accepting. The other races and cultures that are present are recognized and respected. Students of all races and cultures are involved in one organization or another. There aren't necessarily "cliques" of different races, cultures, or even sexual orientation. There's always some sort of mixture or diversity within a group."

"The academics at Goddard High School are outstanding. We were nationally recognized as a Blue Ribbon school a few years ago. Our ACT scores are above average. There are a wide variety of classes available. Some of the electives include chior, sewing, music theory, computer technology, drama, and art. There are also different options to accommodate a student's academic needs; there is a seperate school for students who are struggling, at school and/or at home, to help them learn at their own pace. There's also advanced standing courses, most of which can be, and very often are, taken for college credit hours. The counselors are very helpful with scheduling which classes to take; they make sure you take the classes required to graduate in 4 years but allow you to learn at your own pace. Both teachers and students are willing to help students who are struggling with the course material. The administration cares about every student, and there are a multitude of options for students to learn in an environment they're comfortable in and in which they learn best."

"The teachers here want their students to succeed, and make graduating and becoming something their top priority for their students."

"All the teachers at Goddard High School care about their students. Even if a student isn't in one of their classes, the teachers still show they care and are willing to do anything they can to help. They are knowledge about the subject they're teaching and always willing to help students who are struggling. They make sure all students understand the material before moving on. When walking down the halls, I'm always greeted by every teacher I see, no matter if I'm in their class or not. I feel very comfortable and safe at school, and I know my teachers genuinely care about me; not only my education, but my personal life as well."
