"If I could give 0 stars I would. This school should be a humiliation to all schools everywhere! After the 2nd week of school I have decided to pack up my family and move out of the district. The school is FILTHY, everything is broken, and it seems as if the staff does not care whatsoever about anything happening. I do not see how children are supposed to learn in such a chaotic and disgusting surrounding. The school should be shut down, but was not because the district didnt want to loose funding. It is atrocious! From daily fights, to serious neglect of the school, it seems as if there is nobody in charge. The children of this school seem to be there for the sake of being "at school" not to actually learn anything. There is no way any of my children will continue to be subjected to this. I have never seen anything as bad as Greenville Middle School. If you are thinking of moving into the district, I strongly urge anyone to think again."

"I am a former attendant of GMS. I've attended this school all three years, from 6th all the way to the 8th grade. Personally, my first two years of being here were pretty good. My 8th grade year was more hectic and chaotic. I wasn't a student who caused alot of trouble, but there was alot of unneccessary things going on with me my 8th grade year. Of my entire time of being here, I honestly felt there was only two teachers that stood out from all the others, and that I can actually say I learned a great deal from. The school wasn't in the best of shape, in fact it was rather run down, but I still enjoyed my time being here. (MH)"

"I am a former student at Greenville Middle School and I actually enjoyed my stay. Since my time there I have noticed that even though we are a school in the rural and money was scarce, our test scores were better than those in the urban areas like Coweta. We actually had 85% of our 8th grade class to pass the writing test which was very good. Not only that but the lifelasting relationship with the teachers and administration staff are amazing. They have some great educators and the ones who want to see you not only graduate but reach you climax in life. I trully enjoyed my middle school experience and I wish I could come back but Iknow I have to grow older and make a differnce in this world.... But overall it's a great school.(Jessica P.)"

"Greenville middle school has a lot of growing to do. all of the students are rated below average when competing with students from surrounding counties such as Coweta and Fayette. Are we accepting the least qualified teachers on the market to teach our kids for the future?"

"My child is in sixth grade and she has had more problems with people bullying her. My daughter says the teachers seem to be ok though. I'm more concerned with the bullying though."
