"Priestley uses project-based learning to give kids a better understanding of the practical uses for things like math....I've seen it at work, and it's inspiring!"

"Priestley is an open-enrollment charter high school - open to all students. In three years since it opened, its principal and teachers have provided a wonderful safe, calm and challenging atmoshere within our students can open their minds and hearts to learning achedemically and about life and responsibilty. Our project based/design focused teaching method is successfully engaging the young students. They are rising from well below average academically each year and we will help them reach their full potential."

"My child attends Priestley and it wonderful to know, your child coming home with a smile on there face. Just letting u know how a wonderful day they had at priestley. Also my child comes home everyday telling me what they learned and how they can go on trips. Then at the end of the school year they go to different states and learn bout the states. So it not a bad school"

"I was a student in the 2006-2007 school year. I LOVED this school. It was the best school that I had been to so far(since Katrina). It was easy to get along to and the teachers were very willing to provide the necessary help to make a great learning experience."
