"High school can be a kids most difficult time in their lives. Having a poor high school can make the experience even worse. I believe that Roosevelt did everything possible to make high school a great experience for me."

"There is a lot of diversity at this school. I came from a really straightforward, barbie-doll rich kid, stuck up type of school before this. At my previous school, they had broken crayons and pencils as art supplies and the rest was all the one art teacher trying to help the students by buying supplies, not the rest of the faculty. Instead of spending just a small amount of money on the art program they built another gym. This school, a small town school, less than 500 people in the high school had 3 gyms and a tiny art room that was equal to the space of my bedroom in a single wide 3 bedroom trailer- that's not that big! When I transferred to Roosevelt it was a dream in comparison to where I came from. I made friends, participated in their art program, and truly experienced being a high school student instead of suffering through it. A lot of good memories here."

"Everyone participated in a school organization and everyone supported one another at their events."

"I love Roosevelt and I'm glad I went here for high school. I've made so many memories here and I've made life long friends that I will continue to keep throughout college. Also I'm incredibly grateful for my teachers and all the life lessons they've taught me about success and growing up."

"My experience at Roosevelt High School has been remarkable. I wouldn't change the four years I have attended for anything. I have made amazing friendships and learned a lot about myself throughout the years of walking the halls of Roosevelt."
