"The overall quality of the teachers, I would say, is not too bad. There was one that was basically a second dad to me, a couple that I actually liked, and the rest were basically forgettable or not the best. Most of the teaching styles were pretty boring and hard to pay attention to. Communication was not always clear between students and teachers, but it was most of the time. Grading did not seem to always be fare, because the consistency between TEACHERS was not at all the same."

"My high school experience was at first, very rewarding and enjoyable. It went downhill because I was emotionally bullied and teachers who I thought were close to me, took the bully's side and said it was "not an issue of bullying." Though the best experience was definitely band. The music department is small and underappreciated, but rewarding and life changing to the students in it. For uniqueness, I guess it would have to be the struggle of being a small town. Though while it could be a struggle, it was enriching. If I had to choose, I would not go back to high school at all, because over all it was a unnerving experience, personally. But if I did have a choice between schools, I would still go to Harvard High School. Even though it sucked a lot of the time, the times that were enjoyable and rewarding, were extremely so."

"Harvard High School has a great environment. I believe my high school has one of the best student body environments. Everybody generally accepts everyone and I think that is HUGE. There aren't many cliches either. What would have once been considered the "popular" group and the "unpopular" group have merged. Students create bonds and friendships with people of all statuses, races, and religions. I believe there is minimal superiority. It feels as if we are almost as one as a high school."

"It was a good experience. They had so many opportunities to participate in major events like homecoming, prom senior nights for athlete! They also had a good athlete program! Only things I would say wasn't very good was keeping teachers and athletic coaches around!"

"Very few class choices compared to surrounding area schools."
