"Our family LOVES this school and staff! We put in for a parent choice transfer because our "zoned" school was knees and toes below the acedemic and social level that Kuentz is. The principal, Mrs. Gallegos is beyond amazing and truly loves every child that walks through the door. The parents and kids that attend are so nice and friendly. I was concerned that our children wouldn't fit in because our family does not come from money, but we have never been turned away or looked down on in all the time that we have been here. The PTA parents, room parents and random moms that come in to help are so willing to add you to their project. Once they see that you will stick around, you will find that they will seek you out to help them more often. I have NEVER been more impressed with ANY school as I have been with this one!"

"Kuentz is the best elementary school you could wish for your kids!!! The teachers are very caring, the school environment is very safe and focus in good academic and good values. If you're thinking in sending your kid to private school, safe your money and send your kid to Kuentz. You and your kid are going to love this school."

"My son entered fourth grade this year. We just moved to Texas, and this is his first year in a public school environment. He prevoiusly went to a private Catholic School. His education at Kuentz is far superior over his private school. He is comfortable at this school, feels safe, LOVES his teacher. His teacher truly cares about him academically. She sends us notes and texts, and works with us to make sure he is reaching his full potential. This school also has great art, music and PE programs. I'm thrilled we made the move and chose Kuentz!"

"The teachers at this school are great. However the PTA parents are another thing, they have a click, and if you don't belong to that click, you are shunned. The parents of this school have taught their children to be very materialistic, if you buy your kids clothes at Walmart, or if you own a minivan as opposed to the great SUV your children will be mercilessly bullied. Everything cost at this public school, even the Holiday parties, you have to buy certain clothes for your kids if they are in a Holiday show, and again if you don't buy the right clothes for this show the other children in the show will point this out to your child. So basically, if you own an SUV, and you buy your 1at grader clothes at Ambercrombie and Fitch your child will fit right in."

"my son loves this school! He just started kinder and Mrs. Cissell is the best first teacher we could ask for. She's so involved and makes the kids and parents want to be involved too."
