    "Cedar Brook Elementary is located in a solidly working class neighborhood, but its Dual Language program has become a draw for educated parents from around Spring Branch area. Mainstream program meanwhile doesn t get as much attention, which is a pity, because Cedar Brook is the only high performing elementary school in SBISD that actually accepts transfer students. Give it a try Cedar Brook has some great teachers and a dedicated principal!"
