"My son entered this school for the 2010-11 school year as a kindergartener, and he absolutely loves going to school! His teachers stay in communication via notes and/or phone calls, and he is challenged by his school work. At one point my son was having a problem on his bus, so I sent a note asking for a resolution. That day I received a call from the assistant principal, as well as his teacher, and both of them went with my son to the bus to resolve the issue. I have found all of the staff to be very helpful, and cheerful, especially the school secretary, whom always manages to remember the parent/child and the name of the teacher! I am so happy my son is a Post Patriot!"

"Teachers and Staff are mixed. I would say overall the teachers are good and a few are excellent. However, they are forced to teach to the lowest children in the class because Cy Fair does not classify by ability. The classes therefore are mixed in skill level. My daughter is continuously bored. I finally got her moved to the gifted and talented class, although she is classified as a high achiever. Now she is doing better but they have wasted a year and a half leaving my child bored and learned to just barely do her best. I do not believe that she is appropriately challenged yet. I know they care but they need to put children in classes by ability to aid in the progress. I would not recommend this school and as soon as I am able I will be putting my child elsewhere."

"Post Elementary provides a quality education with very caring teachers, administrators, and staff. The door is always open to parents. It is a school with a strong belief in parental involvement. The music and art programs are excellent programs. The teachers teaching the fifth grade Horizons program are superb and second to none."
