"Overall, it seems that the school focuses too much on being 'different' and doesn't address core academic and social needs. Communication among staff seems to be haphazard at times, and parents are not informed about important information relevant to their child's well-being in a timely manner. You have to 'dig' to access the school's resources, and handouts about school functions and upcoming events aren't handed out in enough time for one to request time off from work to attend. Some of the teachers fail to address teasing and verbal bullying appropriately. However, it is diverse, the report cards are the most creative and detailed of any that I've ever seen in terms of what your child is being graded on, the appearance of the school (upkeep, etc) is impressive, and I like that the kids do interesting projects. It is not a bad school, but not a good school either."

"My child has been at Stepping Stones since they began with pre-k and is now thriving in first grade. I am a very active parent in the school and cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers, principal, teachers aids and everyone who works with the kids on a daily basis. They truly care about all of the kids and know every one by name. It's more than a school environment, it's almost like a second family. Because the class size is capped, each child gets the individual attention they need on a daily basis. I highly recommend Stepping Stones."

"My daughter couldn't wait to get back to school, that's how much she loves it at Stepping Stones. The whole staff is just fantastic. I wish she could stay there through 12th grade."
