"My son has grown and is developing very well since 'The Varnett Charter School.' In order for this school to be performing so well it has to have a good strong director, so, my hats are of to you Mrs. Morrow(Principal). This school is very well directed and administered. The teaching is excellent on all levels. The most important thing that I admire about this school is that the staff does not give up on our students, and they are very encouraging, patient and honest with our children. This is what our children need; and it is for these reasons my son will definitely remain at this school until 5th grade. We could use more extra curricular activities and (parent involvement). Mrs. Cluff, can you please open up a high school for our children? I am a very proud parent!"

"My child had a wonderful experience in Ms. Perry's fourth grade class, she is an excellent teacher. But, the director of this campus acts like a dictator and does not know how to treat the children, parents, or staff with any respect. The school does not offer any extra curricular activites and seems to only focus on testing, not teaching the children. This is a terrible school with a terrible director, I wouldn't reccomend this school to anyone unless you want your child's education to suffer."

"I enjoyed my experience at Varnett Northeast. The school was small at first with less than 100 students its first year. But it is growing larger every semester. I had to remove my daughter from the school because our transportation situation changed. I utilize the YMCA and although Varnett offered bus service it did not pick up or drop off to my local Y. And my YMCA's bus service does not go to Varnett. If Varnett and the YMCA teamed up for afterschool care, We'd return. I loved the small teacher to student ratio. The staff and director were great. As an active parent, I miss them."
