"It's okay because most of teachers don't really care. The only teacher that I do know that really care about their students is Mr. Espinosa and Mr. Ramirez. They always check up on us and make sure we're okay."

"This year a lot of new teachers were hired. Their mostly young and fresh out of college, I think they were hired so they'd be able to work with the technology. The administration has essentially taken over the classrooms. Teachers don't have much say in curriculum or creativity. And most of them are too scared to deviate from lesson plans because they have administrators walking in at all times disturbing the class. The teachers try, and there are still some really awesome teachers like Mr. Adkins, Mrs.Falcon and Mr. Traylor. With the new bell schedule it's really hard to get in any tutorials, so if you fall behind you either have to try and stay late at school or find a ride really early, and thats only IF the teacher is available."

"The parents usually side with their children on behavioral matters such as write ups. They tend to believe the student over the administrators."

"There's not much of a student life here. The clubs, except for band. are small and usually underfunded. The new principal really doesn't seem to care, I've probably only seen him a handful of times. The administration is doing the job of five people. Our grade level principals are now also councilors and secretaries, presumably because of budget cuts. The teachers try their best to help the students but there's only so much they can do. There's a serious lack of school spirit, and it doesn't help that there's never events to help create moral. The student here are pretty close knit, once you find friends they stick with you. Hopefully after the constructions done, the principal will focus more on creating a better school environment and bring back helping things to promote better grades like tutorials."
