"When the new principal came last year, it seemed to be getting on the right track. Everyone were working together as a community. This year, I hear the principal talking to students, teachers, and parents in a scolding manner like an infallible leader of a country in war! The PTA president talks down to most other parents. My son's teacher seems very nice and competent but the school environment is not very welcoming. Just because we are not well off enough to be able to afford to live in an affluent community does not make us uneducated."

"You can feel the difference in the school, since the new principal arrived. There is more parental involvement and a general positive feeling in the attitudes of the teachers and staff. It is definitely a more productive environment."
