"This school is not the best you would find...lets just put it that way. The teachers don't teach great, my son comes home asking for help on his homework. Its not good for academic or extracuricular activies. I am estatic that this is his last year in this horrendus school."

"This school needs a new principal. Her poor leadership qualities are evident in the way this school is being run. My son comes home with so many worksheets every night that it is ridiculous. Teachers look very stressed and exhausted with everything that is being asked of them to do by the prinipal--everything but teach. I feel like teachers are not able to teach with so much information and tasks that need to be done by them. Needless to say, this is not a school I recommend for any child. My son will not be attending McRoberts next year."

"The school itself is pretty good, but information dissemination to parents is really lacking. This is my first child's first school so I don't know if any others are better, or if all schools are that bad about telling parents what they need to know."

"Great Teachers. Poor Leadership."

"The McRoberts elementary school has been a wonderful experience for my children. The facilities are top notch and the teaching staff, by and large, are caring and devoted individuals. The students are privileged to have such a safe and pleasant environment in which to learn. Critiques: There is an enormous amount of time wasted transitioning from non-classroom activities and back to the classroom. Upon observation, there is at least 70 minutes a day lost on preparing to move from one activity location to another. For a school district that receives a great deal amout of tax revenue, their is an awful lot of student fundraising, which my children aren't allowed to participate in. The school's PA system for group/public performance activities is woefully inadequate as compared to the facility as a whole."
