"Take note that all these reviews were posted about a year ago, I am currently attending this school as a sophomore i transferred from a catholic school due to personal issues. I absolutely do not like this high school, the staff is extremely rude to me, especially the assistant principal (Their are quite a few assistant principals) she was chewing her lunch loudly in my face and giving me attitude also when i asked if we could simply go inside her office to talk about my schedule she rudely said that i should leave it with her assistant and she will get back at me. Take note i see her in the hallway laughing joking around talking to other people, i was highly upset. The students here aren't all that bright, I'm always in the tutoring center studying and a lot of kids who need help go there complaining about how everyone is failing and the teacher isn't happy about teaching or the teacher can't teach. You will find a few nice staff around the school, but in my eyes it is rare. There are fights in the hallway they call 42nd street because it is crowded, they have to close up that hallway between periods which makes getting to class a bit harder and longer. I am transferring out."

"It's not a great school after all. Most teachers are dedicated, but the school administration, student support staff, etc. are not there. You are on your own , sink or float. Send your child to a smaller school with better management and support team. With only 83% graduation rate, it's not a great school. 17 out 100 students are not getting their diplomas from Cardozo."
