"One of the best high schools in SC. Great small town atmosphere but the curriculum, and faculty of a much larger school. State championship band and cheerleading program. Great honors and AP program and very involved parents."

"Outstanding faculty (70% have masters degrees). SAT scores are highest in the state. SAT team has won state championship every year since competition was started. Outstand athletic and extra-curricula programs. Navy JROTC is national champion. Fine and performing arts programs are excellent."
