"The teachers and administration have been great to my kids. They are always in contact with us on progress through phone and e-mail."

"FES is a great school overall. The teachers are great and really care about the students. The music and art teachers are the best I have ever seen, and this is said as I am not only a mother but a teacher myself (in another school district). My daughter has been attending FES going on four years. All of the teachers she has had have been wonderful going the extra mile. They want her to succeed academically, but they are also concerned about relationship building, developing good social skills and self-esteem issues as well. I think the school counselor is wonderful and really helps students when they are having a difficult time. My only concern and problems with the school has been in dealing with the principal who hasn't always been attentive to my concerns and the women who work in the office."

"My son has had a good experience at FES. The teachers have been very caring and competent. I think the music teacher is especially good at bringing out the best of the creative abilities in the kids. Unfortunately, our state does not provide a mandate or money for gifted programs so the needs of gifted children are not sufficiently met. Other than that, this is a great school."
