"The robotics program in particular suffered the most when a teacher left in my second year and they hired what felt like an inexperienced educator as a replacement. The same educator was also fired for assaulting a student and then came back the same year."

"Teachers are very limited to have their own unique style of teaching as the school is ran by the rules of AVID learning and IB coursed curriculum which leaves out time for struggling students to understand a subject the way they need to. Because of this students are mislead by believing they are doing work they do not need to do since they are not all certified IB candidates which lead them to fail are core class. If this had more separation then most problems of students would go away."

"There are a different range of teachers at Betty H. Fairfax. Major of the teachers love engaging and encourage feedback from the students while reviewing the material. Demonstrating the more you engage a student the more open he/she become wanting to learn. My teacher thought it would be a great idea to have a rapping contest while using our vocabulary in every sentence. The students welcomed the challenge and the vocabulary test was a success."

"The teachers at my school are polite and ready to help in whatever way they can. All the student have to do is ask questions were they need help in or come in for tutoring session."

"My school is great school but there are some people that do not want to learn so they begin to cause drama in class. I would say my school is very outgoing, we plan exciting events for the whole school to take part in and it is fun."
