"My experience at Leander High School has been moderate. I have found that they student body here at Leander has been swell. Leander gives every student a fair chance to find an club or activity to be involved with. I have had the privilege to get involved with Theatre and it has honesty been the best decision I made. However, I have found that the educational system and facility here at Leander has had its up and down. Being a senior and graduating in a month I don't feel like I am college ready. Although I have done well in my class all four years, I do not think that Leander has truly prepared me for whats to be expected of me in college."

"I was an active member of the dance team and theater department. I'm very thankful for the understanding teachers. Most of the teacher understood how busy we were and wouldn't drown us in homework and assignments."

"Leander High school is a nice school to attend. It is a friendly environment to be in, but the food isn't too good. I would suggest bringing your own food or leaving campus for food. School is school so you only want to be there for the time needed. Get in and get out, learn all that you can and pursue your dreams. Here at Leander the teachers really want to help you and see you succeed."

"I like that Leander high school is very diverse. The teachers are all very nice, and want to see you succeed. The food at lunch is not the greatest, but i've had worse. Like most public restroom, our school bathrooms do not smell the greatest. I know the custodians work hard to keep the school as clean as possible."

"I really appreciate the diversity of the school and how many helpful and supportive teachers there are. I feel that many of my teachers here provide me with the personal attention I need in order to do well in my classes and I often enjoy many of the activities we do. Teachers here find ways to make lessons and classes engaging and interesting so that the students are more compelled and motivated to succeed and really learn the material. However, I do feel that the rules of attendance are rather unfair. Students planning to attend college following their senior year only have two college visits that will not count against attendance. For students like myself who applied to many programs, I have to go to many more college visits than just two and don't think it's fair that I will be penalized for looking at more schools in order to make the most important decision of my life thus far."
