"My daughter has been attending since kindergarten. She is in 7th grade now. The school is very good. My daughter has thrived there. Coach Walker is the best along with the principal and his wife-very fine Christian people. It is small and can be cliquish. There is favoritism but it still is a good school overall."

"First Academy in my opinion is the top private school in the area. We are a military family and always on the move. We moved to Tavares, enrolled our children in Liberty Christian a school close to home. Within a month we learned that this school did not proved the safety, discipline or academic education we had hoped for. I called many private schools until I found First Academy. I met Mr Frescoln the principle and knew right then our children would have the learning environment we wished for. Our children were offered so many opportunities that were not offered to them in other schools, band, private turtoring educ.trips,etc. We spent 06/07 at First Academy, unfortunately we have had to move again. Honesty, intergrety and faith in God and each other are what makes this school outstanding. Thank you for all the support while Dave was in Pakistan. Dianna Wisecarver"

"First Academy(FA) has been a great school for my children. They have been attending there since Kindergarten. I love the fact that the administration, teachers and staff are accessible. If a problem does arise with staff or students they are addressed and sorted out pretty quickly-people sometime think it is not fast enough, but after all 'Rome was not built in a day'. My children feel safe and accepted at FA. The students are being challenged to grown and stretch their boundaries in a nurturing environment. Courtesy, Humility and godliness are qualities that are instilled in our students. Our programs keep getting better and better. Every year more choices are offered- academics, sports, music, etc. I will keep my children there as long as we can."
