"This school nurtures each child to be their best! They have the best test scores out of every elementary school in the county! Education is a team effort and as long as you do your part as a parent, the teachers will pull your child to the top!"

"The principal is horrible, and it trickles down from there. I have heard many stories of students being pulled out to be homeschooled or placed in private school. As a substitute teacher, I have seen a lot, and this school has potential, but is very sad and fearful for staff and students."

"My son's K teacher is the best! Mr. B is the best in the business!"

"I have been very dissappointed with this school. I agree with some of the other parents on here that there is an overall "coldness" here. I actually ended up pulling one of my children out and homeschooling her after she attended NHE. I also had never seen my children so stressed and worried about passing tests. My third grader could not sleep well the night of a test. I really feel like children are losing the ability to truly enjoy their childhood."

"I have had children attend 3 different elementary schools in Henry County (because of all the rezoning the past several years) and New Hope has been the best by far. Great parental involvement, caring and supportive teachers and staff. My youngest will be starting 3rd grade in 2011 and I hope that all the rezoning is over and he will get to attend all 5 years at this school."
