"There is a range of diversity however the school has a lot of peer pressure and it is extremely hard to feel accepted unless you are the stereotype of a popular kid or athlete."

"Classes are not very diverse, the school has cut just about everything but what is needed for graduation requirements. Teachers that are super caring or go the extra mile for their students seem to get fired while the spacey teachers who would rather play on their phones stay. Scheduling is sitting in the office having your Counselor tell you what you will be taking and that the classes you want "are full" because they feel that is a foolish option. There is tutoring available to those failing classes but not for the rest of students."

"The school is very academic and athletic based school which can be very frustrating for the students like me who don't do well in those areas but shine in the more artistic areas. Because of budget cuts we lost a lot of our art classes and our theatre program mostly relies on donations. My fondest memories mostly came form all the traditions and shows we did in the theatre program. I learned a lot of very handy skills there, skills I can use for the rest of my life that other people probably do not know much about. I would go back to the school again because out of the two schools in our district it had the stronger theatre. However I wish the school and parents showed equal support to the arts and athletics, not only focusing on one and treating the other like something easy, or a joke."

"Many of the teachers I had were very distant from their classes, more concerned with outside things than helping their students and many were unorganized so scores would disappear. However I did have a handful of very hand on teachers who not only taught their curriculum but how to work for what you want, how to communicate and were there for their students when the students needed them. The unfortunate part with my school is that many of the teachers who did their job above and beyond were fired from students or parents going in upset that they couldn't just get the grade they wanted without working, our students and parents seem to be more on the rich side and "buy their way through life" or threaten teachers until they quit. Our principle is excellent and tries his hardest to fix mistakes made by past people in charge, however when a parent threatens to sue the district does what the want out of fear. Hopefully these things will get fixed and good teachers can stop worrying about kissing their student's butts or being fired."
