"My child loves this school and as parents, we second that! This school continues to provide a high level of education with the core knowledge sequence and incredible arts and music program. They also have required spanish and technology classes. We left our district school because we couldn't find a principle willing to provide accelerated curriculum for our child and this school does an excellent job of providing independent learning plans for EVERY child. They also provide an ethics philosophy with their character traits every month. There is a ZERO tolerance for bullying or meanness of any kind. We are so lucky to have found this school!"

"Sadly after having our kids in this school since it's first year, this year will be their last. Between the elementary and secondary school they will now of had 5 and likely 6 Principals. While the other 2 Elementary Principals were very involved with the school (with the 1st being the one who helped start the school, and knew every kid, parent and teacher), the current one neither my wife nor I have ever meet or seen. The secondary school Principal quit half way through this school year. From our dealing with him, he was very dedicated and this seems very odd. The schools are run by an 'Executive Director' whom has a financial background, not an educational one. And it shows! The secondary school is nothing but trailers, there is no cafeteria in either school. Shame, for they have highly dedicated and skilled teachers!"

"I like the idea of wearing uniforms. I like the smaller class sizes; the fact that they believe and enfore disipline. I think it is a great idea that parents are required to volunteer."

"Carbon Valley Academy has a high academic and social standards which will assist our children at school and in their everyday life. The principle, teachers and administration staff provide a positive setting for the children both in school and out. They are open to suggestions, new ideas and making the school the best it can be."
