"Trail Ridge Middle School pulls it's students from an east to west boundary creating a diverse student body. Students are encouraged to participate in activities that enrich the learning process during school as well as in after school clubs such as MESA and sports. If your child is bored in the regular classes, get them into the Honors classes. The best offering at this school is the band and orchestra. The instructor begins encouraging students to participate at the 5th grade level giving prospective students the opportunity to play an instrument before they enroll into Trail Ridge. The esteem of the band and orchestra students is high. I would strongly encourage that your student look into the music programs offered, either in band or choir. There is plenty of opportunity for parents involvement at the school. The office staff is great."
