"Due to the schools location of low income area and highly immigrant community, it has the test results that it has. Latino families just value education as much as other cultures."

"The school from what I heard from others was relatively stagnant academically. There are a large number of teachers that have been there for years, is that a good thing, depends on your point of view, maybe they are trully dedicated or they are just long time practitioners of a system that has been failing for years, sometimes teachers forget that it is not about them that it is about the students, many of the teachers and staff seem like all they want is a paycheck especially the titile one and bilingual coordinators. There are some good things on the horizon. They have a new Principal, all of their 'coaches' were canned, making room for new creative blood, and they have at least seven new teachers. Change is not always a bad thing, sometimes you just have to flip something upside down in order for all the broken parts to fallout."
