"LAHSA was very good. I liked that LAHSA was a small school that only had an average of 15 students per class which made it easier to pay attention in class and made it easier to communicate and grow a connection with your teachers. Because it was such a small class, I felt like I was getting a lot of help from my teachers. All the teachers i met were amazing. I also really liked that LAHSA had block schedule which means that you get more done and obtain more information in a class because its extended to 2 hours a class and only 3 classes a day."

"LAHSA has two academic pathways (arts/tech) for students to choose from for entry enrollment, which is interesting. There are counselors designated for each grade level and the teachers are welcoming. LAHSA should have an environmental club because the school lacks a sanitary environment."

"My experience in LAHSA was good. Over the four years I've become more social and have gained better communication skills, and have become more aware of my community. Before I was a shy student in freshman year and now that I am a senior I am not shy anymore. We also have a theater program which is amazing. We get to work on productions. Every teacher in LAHSA cares a lot about the students and tries to help them out to help us succeed. The students are welcoming and help each other out. Something I would want to change is the school is the food."

"At Los Angeles High School of the Arts aka LAHSA it's a small school and we all know each other. Also since LAHSA is a small school we treat each other like a family. Another thing is that since we're a small school we get the help that we need, like for instance if someone is struggling with their homeworks, and they have a low grade teachers will ask the student why are do they have a low grade and if that student needs help then, the teacher will give it to the student. LAHSA is great school because the students are good with each other, we treat each other with respect and also they're responsible. Lastly one last thing about LAHSA is that we get to develop in the Arts as an actor or a design student."

"It was great to be around such a diverse, creative community. The campus, being a part of the college campus, made it feel relatively safe."
