"As a Talpa parent I feel the school environment is safe, the curriculum is competitive and the teachers are enthusiastic and devoted to the students. Students have a variety of sports to choose from throughout the year, as well as other clubs and extracurricular activities in which to be a part of. Parents are friendly and one always feels welcomed at the school especially when the Principal and Vice-Principal know all parents on a first name basis. I am exceptionally proud to have made the right choice for my childrens education."

"I feel really good about the education my children are receiving a Talpa. The teacher are very helpful and available for the students and parents if needed. As a parent there are many different ways and opportunities to get involved in my children's learning as well as being a part of the Talpa family. Parents are very friendly with each other and other children, not just the ones in their child's classroom."

"This is a Great Elementary school in Boyle Heights (East Los Angeles). School needs plenty of help with contributions and donations in giving these boys and girls a chance they deserve. If anyone is interested Talpa has a golf tournament in September."
