"I think Palms is an amazing school. I've just recently graduated from this middle school and I have been accepted in Mira Costa High, one of the best, high ranking high schools here in California."

"Palms Middle School is an excellent choice for middle school. The teachers care about the students. The academics are rigorous and really prepare the kids for high school. The principal cares so much and maintains an amazing school despite the budget cutbacks. Parents are starting to really step up and partner with the teachers and principal to make sure this school stays at its high level. My daughter is having an excellent experience!!"

"This is a horrible school... teachers are uneducated and takes their frustration out on the kids. They never return calls and allow kids fail without getting parents involved."

"My son is in 7th grade at Palms. I have been completely happy with our experience with the school and with his teachers."

"This is a great school! The teachers care about the kids, the staff care and the kids care about each other! Middle schoolers kind of lose their minds around this age and think they can skate by with limited effort like they did in elementary school, so it takes a lot of patience to guide them into learning skills like organization and time management. My kids still don't have it down but they're learning at a great place. Palms is terrific, and I'm sorry for the complainers who are not having as good of an experience! Any time we've had a problem it's been addressed right away. No matter where you are - parents need to be involved with their own child's education."
