"My experience with School for The Visual Arts and Humanities (SVAH), has been a journey full of different experiences. In SVAH every year we work on two link learning projects in which we are assigned a different task each year"

"Teachers at my school are amazing! Despite the fact that many teachers are young and may lack some experience I could honestly say that they always try their best to fill our brain with knowledge. They know how to engage students with projects or topics were students can explore and fulfill their abilities . All the teachers at my school have tutoring hours throughout the week were they offer their unconditional help to students who are struggling in their class or for any question a student may have. Most importantly, teachers here are comprehensive and they care for what their students think and feel."

"If I would to start all over I would choose this school again because this school is able to help you grow out of your comfort zone by having projects that connect to real life problems. School for the Visual Arts and Humanities are one of the few schools that are certified with Linked Learning Projects. These projects help us connect all of our knowledge like history, english, and art to create a news article that focuses on an issue that is affecting our community. This project helped us get ready to present in front of a group of panelists and some of our news article were send to Los Angeles Times."
