"The staff as far as TA's are not professional at all. One of the TA's there had an afair with a teacher that no longer works there. This issue was brought up when it happened. Sunrise Elementary principal nor the coordinator took action. news media will get involved and full blown investigation will take place."

"Sunrise Elementary is an enigma wrapped inside a mystery entailed by a riddle and understood by few! Sunrise teachers are fond of saying, "Those who say don't know-Those who know don't say." Por Eso, the real good teachers are those who say nothing! It's a Catch-22 philosophy made real in the Twilight Zone of Sunrise!"

"A special thank you to Ms. McGovern Philips who has been an outstanding teacher. She is very dedicated to her job. I volunteered a few times to help Ms. McGovern Phillips and I was very impressed to see that she doesn't waste time and takes advantage of each minute to lecture a class of 28 students. I'm honestly very thankful to have my child in her class...... "Ms. McGovern, thank you for all your dedication and hard work. Keep up the great work"."

"The school itself is great! The faculty and staff they have is something else! 2 out of 3 T.A's don't take their jobs serious! There's a teacher who spends more time worrying about his t.a instead of worrying for the students! Isn't that right F.V!!!!!!"

"I came to this school when I was young, and now my son attends at Sunrise Elem. I cannot see how this school will be turned into a Junior High. It would make all these children to relocate and ride differ and more buses just to go to school. I believe that this school has been the best and it will give it's best for other kids. We as parents must come together and donate time and or supplies that can be used in the class. Every little thing helps!"
