"This is a school in transition and it seems to be moving in the wrong direction. Communication is poor and decisions are made without talking with parents or even informing parents of issue. The most recent tuition increase was 15 percent - after an 8 percent increase the previous year. The teachers are still amazing but recent changes seem likely to alienate the staff before too long. Ask a lot of questions before you commit."

"My son has been at this school since first grade. He's in seventh grade now. The teacher each week writes an individual lesson plan for each child and builds lessons around that child's interests. It keeps the child engaged and motivation just comes naturally. Because each child has his own work, no one is considered 'a brain' or 'slow.' All the kids know is that each person has to get his work done. Big emphasis on nature and on peace. The lessons on how to live as part of a close-knit community are invaluable. The teachers are incredible. I rate it tops!"
