"I have had 4 of my children go through this school, one who still attends. We came to the district from another, and I think as a result, my older children missed out on specialized programs and were not put in advanced classes. Their talents have finally been recognized, and now in High School, they are in Advanced Placement classes, but it would have helped if this was done sooner. Otherwise, the school is great, with a community of caring teachers and parents."

"My daughter went to Birch Lane and it is a school where the children are meant to feel important and welcome. My daughter was pushed in a caring way to do her best everyday. Her first grade teacher always made her feel like she could do anything as long as she tried her best everyday. The principal strives to make the school the best in the district. She is there to greet the children in the morning and is always trying to keep the drop off and pick ups safe. Any child would be lucky to get an education at this terrific school. I shall miss it!"
