"Wow! the school is outstanding. They require student to do well academically. They require student s to respect others, and the teachers. There are many activities, even sewing classes. There are many sports for the kids to enjoy and the teachers actually come out to coach. These folks that work ther e actually lov e the kids and the job. It shows each time i have visited the school. These kids receive awards and rewards for academic success. One of the best schools in the south suburbs, the test scores demonstrates this. The school requries each student to excell academically."

"My son attended this school from 2005-2008. I was really impressed with the quality of eduation and the quality of behavior the administration requires from each student. This is the best school in the district. Hats off to the administration and the principal. I love their motto 'I am a Scholar'. From the fantasic test scores, the students really believe it!!! I could not have asked for a better education for my son. He has gone on to Junior High School and because of the education he received at this school. He is earning all A's in all of his honor classes. The school is small and the pricipal knows each student. The teachers are dedicated and send post card through the mail to congratulates students for good grades. Top Notch School."

"My overall experience with Sieden Prairie Elementary School was a positive one. There is a high level of parent involvement. Academically students in grades K-5 seem to perform well and are able to compete nationally based on test scores. They really need to work on their students in improving math scores. From what I can tell the school has really been trying to work with parents and students to correct any deficits. And also, the district is currently building a 6-8 grade center with state of the art facilities which will allow the students to have science labs, smaller classroom sizes, and focus only on the needs of the students in grades 6-8, which will hopefully create a better learning environment which was not there before with the overcrowded classrooms. In September 2006 Seiden Prairie will serve students only in grades K-5 which in my opinion will make it an excellent school overall. Sieden Prairie offers music and band, weekly art classes, basketball, volleyball, track, softball teams and other clubs such as chess. Sieden Prairie also has a challenge program for advance students. I suggest to anyone who wants more info to go on line I check out the schools report card."
