"I went to Charles Francis Brush High School my freshman year of high school. It was the worst school that I had ever gone to in my life. I went here recently and I was highly dissatisfied. In the past it was good. I wish I never had to go to this school. I had did not like my classmates here. There were immature and very naughty. I heard that many of them dropped out in their junior year of high school. They had really low test scores. There were Advanced Placement classes that I wanted to take, but Charles Francis Brush High School did not offer them. I was always scared here and never did I feel safe. Whenever I go near the school I always have bad memories. I do not recommend this as a school to send your children to. There are better schools than this nearby that will offer more opportunities for your children and will help them to succeed in their life. Charles Francis Brush High School will not. Even home and online school is better than Charles Francis Brush High School. Thank you very much for reading this and I hope that you will take my advice for your own benefit. Please do not make the mistake that my parents did by sending me to Charles Francis Brush High School."

"This school is excellent!! The academics, arts, atletics, and the various clubs are awesome. Brush gives you alot of choices academically such as AP and Honors which I will be in for my freshman year. The athletic department is really good too because it brings you closer to friends, teachers, and coaches that will be with you through high school and sometimes after high school. Brush has a wonderful arts program and a wonderful music program. Brush is awesome!!"

"I go to Brush High School and there everyone is very important. We have school spirit (for the most part) and you can end up being anyone you want. There's so many opportunities, it's so overwhelming. Post secondary, AP classes, Honors, vocational classes and so many other things. I love going there, I'm a Sophomore now and I can't wait for the next couple years. Even though I want out of school (period), I'm glad I'll be in that school for the next 2 years."

"I graduated from Brush a couple years ago, and I loved being a student there. There were no cliques and, for the most part, everybody got along. It was an incredibly diverse community, and I emphasize the word 'community.' The academic advising could've been much better, but most of my teachers were very involved with the students, friendly and educated. To the people insulting the school: Everything is what you make of it. There are almost 1500 students in that school -- of course every single person won't get special attention. Make an effort. There are tons of AP and Honors classes and extracurriculars. Also, like anywhere else, students were only disrespectful to teachers that allowed it. If you demanded respect, you got it. Academics were good, especially for such a large public school. I got a full tuition scholarship to my school of choice, and felt well-prepared for college."

"If you are not an athelete or a high acedemic achiever you are treated like one of the masses. No special attention. The counseling dept is unresponsive."
