    "McHenry is a good school in a blue collar community. The biggest problems are a wide variance in the aptitude of teachers employed, and a very limited advanced course selection. As a student I feel safe at my school. There are currently some issues with the building. A big positive is that many students share a close (not inappropriatelt so)relationship with their teachers, and most teachers are available for assistance during and after school."
