"As a parent of the community and member of the PTSA Officer of the school and membership chairman for the Memphis Council PTSA. I applaud the communication and relationship between the school and parents, not to mention the students. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers goes out City-Wide for all students for our education system is in critical condition. The principle and staff have a bad communication problem and lack parental involvement. The PTSA meetings have very poor attendance. Parents and teachers involvement is climacteric. As years pass the PTSA membership drops, parents finds Frayser staff to be unprofessional, rude at time, judgemental, and attuide of ' I got Mine'. I myself had heard stories from students and parents about the uncaring treatment the recieve. They have fail to ensure students have proper testing skills and infor forward to the board of Ed. Not all teacher fall in this catorgy but 75% are Unacceptanced. For two years the school have fail the state and no change in staff attuide."
