"Schools are good as the teachers within that school.Good teachers who practice humility, kindness, compassion and care for all human beings surely will make a difference. If parents need one-on-one or group tutoring for their children, please call me: Dr. Debbie Persaud @ 786-302-3263. I am a retired MDCPS teacher with a Doctorate in Education, MSEd in Teaching English as a Second Language, MSABA in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is currently in a PhD Clinical Psychology Program. I work one-on-one with children with learning difficulties, ADHD, ADD, and general homework help. I have flexible hours and work with the children in their home environment."

"I'm with the parent that posted this school is like the story of Hansel and Gretel. Could not have said it better. A beautiful building with bad people inside!!!! I also took my child away from here. They do not practice what they preach! My child had a terrible experience while at this school ."

"I am a DSA parent and I have all four of my children in this school, from preschool through the fifth grade. After two years here at Divine Savior, my family and I could not be more happy. Not only are the academics stimulating and challenging, but my children are blossoming socially, creatively, athletically, and spiritually. The teachers and staff are second to none, and the love and dedication they consistently exhibit proves that they view the education of children as a life's calling, and not merely a job. You will not find a better school for your child!"

"This school is like the gingerbread house in Hansel and Grethel story line. I have a very bad experience with this school. I felt that we were questioned on our beliefs and that religion is used to intimidate children into behaving well. I would say to parents be careful of how sensitive your child is and really look at all that is said and explained to the children. I would not recommend this school."

"I have had a good experience at DSA. My daughter has been there for two years now (prek3 and4), and she loves it. There are many family-oriented activities - not too many to distract from the curriculum. Parents are very involved, the teachers have been great, and the administration is nice. I don't know much about the upper grades but sports seem to only be starting up. This school is still in it's growing phase (adding one grade as the kids get older - and they are up to 11th now). I am now looking to move to another city and i hope to find a similar school for my daughter."
