"My son had been attending Norland Elementary for 3 years now, and I must say that this school is excellent. The teachers actually take time to make sure all students are learning. I have no complaints whatsoever."

"I have to say that I'm really proud of Norland Elem., At first, I didn't want to send my child there because of all the rumors I heard. My daughter attended K-5 grade and the teachers were excellent. I have to give it to the 3 grade teachers, all the hard work and extra effort they provided to make the kids pass the F-CAT"

"We are new to the school this year and must say that when the children are dismissed there is no control as to where they are suppose to go. They come out from the school main entrance which is very narrow and parents and or children are all in the way. I don't see my son's teacher so that she may say to him 'is that your mom who is picking you up' they just come out without any supervision at all. I am very concerned because anyone can come and pick up any child without anyone seeing what is happening. I say this is very upsetting to me."

"I'm a second grade student and I am glad that this school has gone from a B average to an A average school. Thanks to our wonderful principal, teachers and our great students of Norland Elementary School."

"Norland Elementary is a excellent school which rated a B average in 2004-2005 school year. Both of my kids loves the school. The school offers a gifted program and provides extra curriculum to meet the child's needs. Weekend classes are also offered. The teachers are wonderful and very friendly. The principle shows great interest in her kids and strives to become a grade A average school."
