    "I am a business owner in the Great Mall and recently hired a gal who said she graduated from Milpitas High School. She can not even count change. My husband requested to show how to count 42 cents and she just took pennies and gave me 3 pennies! She just had no clue. I want to know if Milpitas HIgh School is rated a 9 out of 10 what happened she was passed through all grades without care or concern she could not perform basic job duties! I am a parent myself and I know schools in the Bay Area grill the students like mad and they dont get such high APR scores. How can this happen? Even if she was in Special Education they have a duty to ensure a child can work otherwise the state must give support to the adult because they cannot even count change!"
