"Travis Elementary is the worst school my children have gone to. The physical education teacher's say curse words at the kids. The teacher's and office staff are very rude. Also, my child who has always made good grades on their report cards is now failing. I recommend not sending your child to this school."

"This is where MWISD starts to fall apart, 4th grade was fine but serious decline starts in 5th (my daughter who had never had less than an A has been constantly struggling with B's all due to 'I don't care' attitudes from teachers...and from other parents this pattern seems to continue through high school. I dread next year because they seem to have a LOT of discipline problems there. This school & above score lower on accreditation scores here."

"Travis Elementary is a very good school because they have exceeded the required teaching and have gone that extra mile to teach the children good character and respect. My daughter is certainly an improved person because she has attended Travis this year. I want to say thanks to all of the staff there and please, continue to do the good job that you do. I honestly feel that you are making a difference in our children's lives."
