"I am Completely Disgusted with Minooka High School's, My Daughter & Son Both went to Troy Grade School, because of School Boarder Lines, Then they started going to Minooka High School's. The School I personally think looks like a Mental Hospital, White walls, White floors, and Tons of Artificial Light. My Daughter Now going into her senior year, and my son going into his sophomore year.The Teach are very rough on the kids, and teach them college level information, in normal education classes. The School Luches are about $8.00 for a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Which is outrageous for what you get. For the amount of money I pay in taxes to them, the school is bankrupt and its VERY obvious . (our taxes are $16,000 a year)"

"i am currently a student at minooka south and the school is ok...it has blank walls and unfriendly hallways its like a mental institution. the teachers treat us like we are in junior high school again. we have to show them our id when we get on the bus to make sure we ride that bus, and if we dont have our id they make us walk home! the lunches are wayy over priced, have small portions, and are unhealthy. the racial barriers are not even close to be broken down. i once encountered a student calling me racials slurs and i told the teachers and the ones i told didnt even give a damn. there are some definate problems t this school that need to be solved soon."

"School has no spirit, teachers and administrators give parents the run around. They have meetings ALL the time, but nothing gets done. No one is available after school for extra help. They do expect students to use their study hall/resource as the only way to make up any work."
