"Glover is a great beginning for my 5 yr. old daughter in kindergarten! Her teacher, Ms. Paul, who is the kindergaten's team leader, goes over & beyound to get her students & the other classes on the right path for learning. She makes learning fun & always has teaching skills for parents to follow @ home. She doesn't take her job lightly & will keep you up to date w/ your child's progress. I'm 'sure' Ms. Paul will have my child ready for the 1st grade next year!"

"I agree wholeheartedly with the first parent's viewpoint on glover. It has been the nightmare of schools. Years and several thousands dollars in preparation of my child, is totally down the drain. My first pto experience was very unorganized. 1 Parent sat and talked very loudly throughout the entire program on her cell, children ran wildly during speakers/program, while another parent 'wreaked' of marijauna. I am so sick of spam being sent home by my child. They should communicate school work/activities as much as friends/family businesses and teacher/student games, etc. My child has endured teacher's constantly critique of dress, speech, behavior, etc. Teachers should understand they're the 'wizards' in a child life and verbal abuse will make or break a child. I even witnessed a teacher's redention of a rap during a presentation on the first parent's night. So much for first impression. I loathe this school."

"My child has been a student at Glover for 2 years (transfer student). My child's teachers last year and this year were/ are new teachers, with little experience, as is most of the teacher population at this school. On several occasions, I have witnessed the teachers and school administration speaking 'ebonics' to the students as if this is acceptable. When brought to the attention of the principal and AP at the beginning of the school year, both stated that they would address the problem...to date, no change. Notices that come home advertising school functions are not written well. It is no wonder why this school does not excel on state exams. PTO meetings are unorganized. School programs are extremely rare...and when offered are a joke compared to other that of other schools."
