"I hate this school. My son went their for two years. His school work never surpassed kindergarden level even though he was in third grade. No Real home work daily work or anything to let you know how your child is doing until the grades came out. Kids run wild and parents are aloud to drive any where on the grass to drop off their kids endangering all who attend. Will not let any of my other children ever attend this school. FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL !!!!!!"

"The teacher are wonderful and take time with the students. I would like to see more parent involvement."

"My son is now excited about learning. He spent his kindergarten and 1st grade years at a magnet school and has now excelled far more than ever before. He respects and admires his principals and teachers. That spells out great role models. The after school program is a tremendous plus with no 'waiting list' and offers a wide variety of activities including tutoring. It seemed at the magnet school they were only interested in the 'smart' kids. At Gross they are taking time to mold my son into a 'smart' kid and for that I am eternally grateful."

"The academic programs are general. Music, art and sports are sub par. Level of parental invovlment fluctuates. I would rate it a C."
