"I have been at Jonas Salk for only two years but I have been in education for a total of 12 years and I have to say that the people that work there really do care about their students, parents, fellow teachers & administrators, custodians, aides, and anyone else that works there. It truly feels like a family and everyone is extremely positive even through these bleak times. I also live in town and from a parents perspective I could only be so lucky for my son to attend such a great public school. Everyone who works there should be proud of the impact they have on all the people that enter the doors of Jonas Salk Middle School. As an educator I'm truly inspired to be working with such a great group of people."

"This is for the new 6th graders: This is my first year here and i love it! u make a ton of new friends and the teachers r so nice. there's also a ton of after school activities like band, softball, color guard, and a ton of others. don't believe in all of the scary stories ur brothers and sisters may have told u. Salk is the best. How strong?! Salk strong!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My son is in 8th grade - Salk has been a wonderful stepping stone for him. All his teachers have gone the extra mile to help him if needed. The administration has been helpful in all aspects of my son's education at Salk. We will be sorry to go."
